The Spiritual Intelligence (CSI) is a place of training and transformation where divine revelation meets concrete action to bring it into line with divine standards.
The CSI is a prophetic response born from the heart of God, transmitted to Apostle Richard in 2016 in order to raise up spiritually intelligent men according to the heart of God and make skills available to the Church and the Nations.
A visionary of the CSI, Apostle Richard does not merely teach concepts: he shares insights from his own journey, principles revealed and proven at the crossroads of faith and reality. The mission of the Center for Spiritual Intelligence (CSI) is to:
• Raise awareness about the importance of spiritual intelligence
• Promote and develop spiritual intelligence in learners
• Encourage the application of spiritual intelligence in areas of human endeavor
• Help learners discover and fulfill their destiny
• Drive the process of transformation in the image of Christ

A three-stage educational model lasting 24 months, designed to have a lasting impact: • Level 1 – Awareness, Promotion, and Development (6 months) Fundamentals of spiritual intelligence. • Level 2 – Specialization (6 months) Sector-specific training applied to a concrete project. Sector areas: Spiritual Affairs, Economics and Business, Social Affairs, Civic Engagement At this stage, each participant is accompanied by an experienced mentor.• Level 3 – Incubation (12 months). Deployment of a service project by each learner.
The CSI offers a 24-month program structured into three levels: Awareness, Promotion, and Development (6 months), Specialization (6 months), and Incubation (up to 12 months). Most of the training is online, with in-person seminars at the end of each cycle.
