The CSI offers a 24-month program structured into three levels: Awareness, Promotion, and Development (6 months), Specialization (6 months), and Incubation (up to 12 months). Most of the training is online, with in-person seminars at the end of each cycle.
Almost. Most of the teaching is delivered via a secure e-learning platform, with replays available for greater flexibility. Face-to-face seminars and retreats are organized from time to time in Ouagadougou or elsewhere.
It offers permanent access to courses, resources, videos, exercises, forums, mentoring, and assessments. It also serves as a space for capitalizing on SIC projects, tools, and lessons learned.
CSI has a physical presence in several regions around the world, with offices located in Ouagadougou (Africa), Lyon (Europe), Québec (Canada), Pittsburgh (USA), and Beijing (Asia).
Yes. From Level 2 onwards, each participant is supported by an experienced mentor, who assists them in the design, implementation, and evaluation of their service project.

This is the final phase (level 3) where the participant's project is implemented, with personalized guidance and support from a network of partner organizations. The goal is to generate a real impact in their context.
Courses are taught in French and English to ensure international accessibility for both French-speaking and English-speaking audiences.
The teaching and supervisory staff consists of:
• High-level teachers and mentors, recognized for their spiritual and professional experience
• Guest experts, who occasionally speak on key topics
An annual financial contribution is required to help cover the logistical, technical, and educational costs associated with the center's activities.
Furthermore, registration fees are adapted to different geographic regions in order to take into account the economic realities of each. As such, participants residing in low-income countries may benefit from subsidies designed to facilitate their access to the training programs.
