Dr Richard Sawadogo – Burkina Faso

Dr John W. Stanko – USA
Dr John W. Stanko is an international leadership educator, author, and founder of PurposeQuest International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to personal development, leadership, and purpose-driven living. He has conducted leadership and purpose training across the United States and in more than 55 countries, working with leaders in government, education, faith, and community development sectors. Dr. Stanko is the author of over 100 books and brings more than forty years of experience in teaching, consulting, and mentoring leaders worldwide.

Edwin Sprague – USA
Edwin Sprague is a successful entrepreneur, author, business and life coach, Christian lay pastor, and real estate developer alongside his wife Nancy. He is passionate about teaching entrepreneurial skills and helping people learn how to start and manage successful businesses. His favorite statement is: “I want to help my friends.” It reflects who Edwin is and what motivates him in every area of his life.

Jim Irwin – USA
Jim Irwin is a business strategy and process improvement consultant specializing in helping organizations develop creative and lasting solutions to business challenges. After serving more than seven years in the United States Navy, he went on to start five businesses of his own. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a certified facilitator of the CO.STARTERS Boot Camp program for entrepreneurs. He also serves in his local church, First United Methodist Church of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, as both Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer.

Pegwendé Jude Bouda – Burkina Faso
Pegwendé Jude Bouda is a specialist in business development and marketing. He has held top management positions in major companies, contributing to strategic growth and business development. Today, he supports organizations in strengthening their commercial structures and expanding their strategic operations. He holds an MBA in business development and is also involved in educational initiatives and think tanks focused on financial and economic governance. He exercises a prophetic ministry.

Dr Miché Ouédraogo – Canada
Dr Miché Ouédraogo holds a PhD in Public Administration and is internationally recognized as an expert in public policy evaluation, policy management, and strategic advisory. He is President of AFREA, the umbrella organization of associations working on public policy evaluation across Africa. Throughout his career, he has worked with major institutions, including the World Bank, supporting governments and organizations in more than thirty countries. He is also an entrepreneur in consulting and training and serves as an associate researcher at CESAG. He exercises a prophetic ministry.

Dr Bernard NANA is a lecturer and researcher in physics at the Higher Teachers’ Training School of Ouagadougou. He specializes in environmental sciences and technologies. He works as an expert and consultant on several national and international projects, contributing particularly to the development of strategic policy documents. Alongside his academic and scientific work, he has a deep passion for pastoral care and serves in ministry as a Pastor.

Dr Hyacinthe Ouédraogo – Burkina Faso
Dr Hyacinthe Wendlarima OUEDRAOGO is a lecturer and assistant professor at Nazi Boni University in Burkina Faso, specializing in African history and civilizations. A committed writer and essayist, he is also a public opinion leader, political analyst, and commentator for several national and international media outlets. As a consultant and trainer on political governance issues, he contributes to reflection and training on contemporary institutional and political challenges. Since January 2026, he has served as Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Burkina Faso on legal and political matters. He is also a consecrated Evangelist.

Thierry Zango – Burkina Faso
An economist and statistician, Thierry Zango is an expert in planning, monitoring, and evaluation of development and humanitarian projects. He currently serves as a senior executive, consultant, and trainer. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with several major international institutions, including UNDP, UNFPA, OIF, USAID, and the European Union. He also teaches in various universities and higher education institutions. Deeply committed to his evangelical Christian community, he is particularly involved in spiritual strengthening and training initiatives.

Bruno Benao – Burkina Faso
Bruno Benao is trained as an economist and management professional and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit. He is recognized as an expert in process organization, risk mapping, and organizational structuring. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major international institutions such as UNFPA, the European Union, USAID, ACF, and DIAKONIA, etc. As a consultant, he has supported more than 120 companies and organizations across three continents (Africa, America, and Asia) in the areas of capacity building, auditing, and organizational structuring. He is the founder of a consulting and training firm and also exercises a prophetic ministry.
