Founder of the Emergence Generation for Christ (EGC) movement, he has dedicated more than three decades to the spiritual awakening of young people through training platforms such as the At the Feet of the Fathers Conference and the Night of Honor to the Fathers. He is also the senior pastor of the Abundant Life Churches, established in Burkina Faso and internationally, as well as the pioneer of E-VIVA, a virtual church that connects believers from five continents around a message of faith, intelligence, and integrity.

Consecrated as an Apostle in 2020 by his spiritual father, Reverend Dr. Mamadou Philippe KARAMBIRI, he is also the author of several reference works, including Mysteries and Ministries, Anointing and Ministry, Depth and Ministry, Anointing and Heart, and The 5 Ministries. These writings combine theological rigor, spiritual depth, and pedagogical clarity — the fruits of a journey that has been both lived and revealed.
Alongside the ministry of the Gospel, Apostle Richard has pursued an exceptional scientific career. A Research Director, holder of a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in pharmacology and a PhD in biochemistry and the chemistry of natural substances, he is an associate researcher at the University of Chicago and has held several senior positions within Burkina Faso’s Ministry of Higher Education, including the positions of Inspector General of Services and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Ouahigouya.
