Traning course
A three-stage educational model lasting 24 months, designed to have a lasting impact .
Level 1
– Awareness, Promotion, and Development (6 months) Fundamentals of spiritual intelligence.
o Different types of human intelligence
o Biblical foundations and sources of SI
o Importance of SI
o Development of SI
o AI versus SI
o Awakening and awareness of SI in children and adolescents
o Educating children and adolescents in the biblical view of AI
Level 2
– Specialization (6 months) Sector-specific training applied to a concrete project. Sector areas: Spiritual affairs, Economics and business, Social affairs, Civic engagement At this stage, each participant is supported by an experienced mentor.
o SI applied to church and spiritual matters
o SI applied to economic matters
o SI applied to social matters
o SI applied to civic matters
o Design of a service project by each learner under the supervision of a mentor
Level 3
– Incubation (12 months) Each learner implements a service project in the field with continuous monitoring.
Strategic workshops, networking, study trips, capitalization of results.
